TT-ISP (INTERNATIONAL SALES PROGRAM)

August 2006 marks a special time in the growth and development of Tryon Trading. We have announced the opening of our NEW restricted area on our web site and with that, a new dimension in our working relationship with our International Sales Representatives. In order to focus our energies with the International Sales Reps who give us the bulk of our total Sales, we are formalizing our relationship with the REPS currently in our ISP by only allowing them access to this NEW restricted area.

Tryon Trading has over 150 International Reps in our ISP (international Sales Program), and serves another 200 International Reps from time to time. All have been on our mailing list and receive our NEWSLETTERS, and some have special letters, Price Lists, and discount structures for Sponsler and Venture Measurement.

Some 50 International Reps who have worked with us on a continuing basis for more than 15 years are automatically included in our ISP.  Other International REPS have entered by completing our Application FORM (on our web site) and opening a dialog for a closer working relationship.

Following are special benefits of being in our ISP : 

• RAPID RESPONSE/PRIORITY to all REPS in our ISP
• SPECIAL PRICING on all products we quote
• NO MINIMUM size order requirements at Tryon Trading ( Only those of MFGRS )
• NORMAL Tryon Trading MARGINS even on Small Dollar Transactions
• BULLETIN BOARD of useful current information
• INDEX of special information and LINKS to each item
• PRICE LISTS for Sponsler and Venture Measurement (Including DISCOUNTS)
• PRICE LETTERS that give Tryon Trading’s views of price changes and comments on new or existing products offered.
• APPLICATION GUIDES that offer helpful information on HOW to approach selecting meters
• ACTUAL COST SHIPPING PROGRAM is now only available to REPS in our ISP
• SPECIAL PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENTS that are available after a new Price List has been issued.
• SPECIAL QUOTATIONS for Manufacturers that are not on our LINE CARD.  We will now only offer this service to REPS in our ISP
• NEWSLETTERS will be posted in the restricted area.  We no longer plan to Air Mail these documents.

We feel the above special support services will improve our working relationship with the International REPS in our ISP and increase sales and profits for both of us. It will allow Tryon Trading to focus our attention on the REPS who have been loyal to us, and give them the special attention they deserve.

There is still room for NEW International Sales REPS to join our ISP. But we will not expand it to the point where we will diminish the special services mentioned above. In addition, we may remove REPS who we feel are no longer active in our ISP. We would do this reluctantly, and only after an open and frank discussion of our working relationship.

With 20 years as an International Trader, we realize the biggest asset we have is our TIME. In this new era of WEB TRADING,  we plan to maximize our efforts and time available to the REPS in our ISP who have been and are ACTIVE with us.

This NEW ISP initiative is designed to take full advantage of the possibilities for communication on the WEB, which, in turn,  enables us to make our ISP more meaningful to those International REPS who work closely with Tryon Trading.
